Terms of service
Last updated: 1 October 2026
The service
ReplayRaven (ClipEngine) is a private tool run by Justin H in the Netherlands (the operator). It makes short clips from campaign videos and from the operator's own brand, and the operator approves every clip before it is posted to the operator's own accounts on YouTube, Instagram, X (@replayraven) and TikTok. Only the operator uses it. It offers no accounts, sign-up or access to anyone else.
Use of the platforms
ClipEngine posts only to accounts the operator owns. Posts on X and Instagram that nobody pays for go out automatically, through the platforms' official APIs and the operator's self-hosted Postiz, on accounts the operator connected through the platform's own sign-in. The operator publishes everything else by hand in the platform's own app: sponsored (paid) posts on X and Instagram, every post for a Vyro campaign, and all posts on TikTok and YouTube. Each platform's own terms apply to everything published there, including the YouTube Terms of Service, the Instagram Terms of Use, the X Terms of Service and the TikTok Terms of Service.
The operator reviews and approves every clip before it is published. Clips come from campaigns whose owners allow their videos to be clipped. Sponsored clips carry the disclosure the campaign requires and, where the platform offers one, its paid partnership label.
ClipEngine does not like, follow, comment, repost or send messages, does not buy or fake views or followers, and never posts the same clip twice on one account.
Content
The operator is responsible for what ClipEngine publishes. If you believe a published clip infringes your rights, email privacy@replayraven.com with a link to the post, and it will be reviewed and removed where that is justified.
No warranty
ClipEngine is provided as is, without any warranty. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for damage resulting from its use.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Dutch law.
